Please Suggest A Solution - Electronic Lock For Containers With GPS Locator

Dears.

Can anyone suggest a solution for the following requirement 

"Electronic Lock for Containers with GPS Locator

 electronic seal that comes with software and officers can remove and put the seal manually".

Haven't used it personally but you can look into it if this suits your requirement.
