emailed a contact from craigslist re: rolling/staircase ladder - 9 steps, which is what we need / he is making calls to locate one for us. If we get it from him it will be ~$400 compared to $900 from uline or similar / He currently only 7, 11, and 14 steps

emailed Norm / maintenance about swapping the large / loud heater for the same model heaters we have in the rest of the warehouse. he will do it / has the heater in stock. / forwarded response to ethan
