Eyesonic Claims Same Back End As Hikvision With Better Sensors - Feedback?

I was just wondering if anyone has any information regarding EyeSonic.  

They are a MFG that have the same back end as Hikvision with the claim of using better senors. 

Just wondering if anyone has used the product or any educated comments.

I have never heard of them before and there is no previous EyeSonic reference on IPVM that I can find. LinkedIn shows just 5 employees.

It strikes me they are a relabller / distributor, specifically of Hikvision. I say this because Eyesonic CMS user manual is quite similar to Hikvision iVMS-4200 user manual, e.g. screencap of the two side by side:

I think that if we look at all of the hardware coming out of China for this industry we will find that 99% of it is the "same back end".  It's all HiSilicon processors and base layer OS, the difference comes when the manufacturers apply their firmware and maybe some different image sensors.

Could also be using Longse cameras. They claim to have Hikvision's private protocol and have copied Hik's GUI very closely in the IPC web interface.
