I work for a manufacturer and have been strictly channel sales for the entire duration of my career. I enjoy it but I think I want to move away from channel.
I've worked at companies where we are literally bringing six figure deals to channel partners for cloud solutions and I've never seen another type of entity go out of their way to cross their arms and say: "HMPH! THIS ISN'T THE FUTURE, I WANT TO SELL AXIS AND MILESTONE NOW THAT'S A REAL SOLUTION."
