IPVM is finalizing an Access Control Designer that expands our widely used Designer / Camera Calculator to access control systems, including controllers, readers, locks, door openers, auxiliary I/O, etc.
Just like we have over 10,000 specific camera models that facilitate planning video, we will be adding specific access controller models that will help professionals design systems easily and accurately based on actual manufacturer/model support for doors, readers, inputs and outputs. This means a 2 door controller will only allow you to connect 2 doors, and will prevent under-specifying your hardware.
