I have one location with a legacy installation of Pinnacle (to be replaced) that is experiencing specific cardholders repeatedly losing access. Apparently the same 28 of 1400+ cardholders continually lose access again and again.
After being issued new cards, eventfully the cardholder experiences no access at the card readers, and the system indicates "no access". Meanwhile, the user profiles and access levels are normal. The local admin can only correct this by issuing new cards, which eventually lose access again. Meanwhile, the issue happens to the same 28 cardholders.
