Public police everywhere will continue to provide high priority response to remote-witnessed felony threats to local residential and light commercial citizens. Now known as "ProActive" & "ReActive VR/Verified Response”. But, most of these public resources will provide only LOW priority, or NO site-response, to millions of monitored customers that have only deterrent systems (which is most of the 25 Million US customers that generate $15 Billion RMR annually). This will support the short term and long term dependability of E911, and market value of RMR. What appeared to be a market disaster can be a windfall.
