Hundreds of calls to police departments from individual stakeholders with the same questions could be disruptive, and unnecessary. If you and local peers trust your local Association (not National Associations) have them “survey” each AHJ that serves your customers. Then Association share with Members, and others involved. All Munis are not alike. Important to survey before making direct contact with customers….know their current rules… they probably have changed.
