Looking For An IPVM Certified Professional

I'm looking for an IPVM certified professional to assist with the design of cameras, access control, and general network layout for a new 15000 sqft, 3-story office.

Open to individuals or companies. A fully managed design process would be preferred, however, since the project is somewhat budget-sensitive the level of assistance and involvement will be a point of discussion.
