These responses are exactly why cloud VSaaS providers, like Verkada, must continue to bypass the channel. They can not let the channel dictate their message to the market. The traditional channel still thinks that Facilities is the customer. It is IT. IT has a completely different set of needs and wants. Providers like Verkada are telling their story to IT…and winning!

The PhySec channel is notorious for being slow to adopt.
