Hiring / Recruiting At Tradeshows: Successful Or Not?

This year at ISC West 2024 (see show report), several (dozens?) manufacturers / exhibitors were either holding open interviews or had open listings / meetings in person in Vegas. There were various LinkedIn announcements showing them, and some booths had signage signs (albeit only a few smaller booths on the outskirts of the show floor).

This is reasonable as there are virtually tens of thousands of physical security professionals in the area over the course of the week or so, and it could be a valuable use of time to meet in person with prospects, etc., for some companies versus remote / zoom meeting, phone calls, etc.
