Hikvision Panovu Tracking Settings

Hello all,

I have my 180 PanoVu installed and I was trying to configure it the way they showed on a promo video (1:40 and after):

But when I go to PTZ - Panorama Tracking, check Track and try calibration (manual or auto) I always get "Calibration failed" message. When I try to use that feature, PTZ just go somewhere else, it's definitely not calibrated.

I called Hikvision tech support and they wanted me to go on-site so I will be able to see configuration menu on a NVR screen. And there's no way to configure that feature, according to them. Sounds really stupid. I'll try to call once again but just in case, if someone had the same problem and knows how to solve it, I'd appreciate if you post a solution

Hikvision support seems useless: I called two times and they say different things. When support techs connected to my desktop, they just randomly clicked on the camera menu. Looks like they see it for the first time. Shame :(
