Has Anyone Used The Light Pole Power Tap?

Hello all, I am looking for solutions to power cameras in a private parking lot.  The existing light poles have 4 LED lights that turn on at night so they are on a sensor.  Which lead me to this: Light Pole Power Tap

Has anyone used a power tap, if so how did it turn out?  Any issues/tips I should know?

I've never seen that model, but have used the OWL series in the past, which works essentially the same way.

From what I remember (it's been awhile), it was pretty simple. Removing and reinstalling the photocell was very rarely an issue, aside from some that got stuck or were worn out which you might expect from devices that have been in the elements on top of light poles for long periods.

This type of device is installed on the photocell connection?

The product being sold is not all that uncommon; I think the method of using a transformer down to 'convenience' 120 VAC single phase electrical is the most common way of doing this.

"Power Tap" combines both of those elements into a single enclosure, but it still would take some careful specification on the supply side and require an electrical/ Electrician's license or sub to install.

Also, a variation of switched power at the lamps via photocell is to energize/deenergize the entire leg with one photocell or timer at the supply panel.  Confirming the lamps are powered all the time even if not switched on is a helpful step.

Has anyone specified or used this ComNet Product? If so, what has been your experience?
