"Grocery Store" Style Doors And Locks

Does anyone know the fire code requirements for electronic locking hardware on a set of grocery store style in and out doors? The doors are separate in and out, the customer wants card access, but they won't allow maglocks. One side would be an exit with an exit sign, the other swings in and would be the entrance side.

I'm at a loss for the correct electronic locking hardware to use. The site is in Tampa, Florida.
