Can RTSP Streams Be Pulled From An Avigilon HD Video Appliance?

Is it possible to pull RTSP streams from an Avigilon VMA-AS3-16P? The cameras are connected directly to the appliance. There are two H4A multi-sensor cameras and a single H5SL dome. I need to pull the streams from all 3 sensors of each multi-sensor and the single dome.
