We have a customer in Stamford that has a door Poe intercom that stopped working. We would need someone to go on site, to check if the PoE port still working or if it's the intercom that is bad.

Most likely just needs a reboot. If your cable is labeled at the switch then possibly the customer could unplug then plug back in.
