We are shopping new General Liability insurance and the best quote came through from US Risk, and a discount was provided due to our membership in ESA. However it was pointed out that they have a B rating. We submit COIs all the time to clients, including places like Compliance Depot.
Has anyone had a client reject their insurance due to carriers rating?
