We are experiencing issues with Advida A-200 PTZ cameras with autofocus while on a preset patrol. The autofocus fails and the preset stops become fuzzy.
We have installed hundreds of these cameras and are now seeing a chronic issue with autofocus. The units in question have worked well for over 2 years.
The Advida warranty is 3 years but we are getting pushback for an RMA. Just wondering if anyone else is having problems with cameras or Advidia RMA process. We have a ticket that has been open since early December with no satisfaction.
