Taiwan stock exchange financial records show that IP camera manufacturer Vivotek's 2010 year to date (through Sept 2010) revenues are up very strongly, rising from 750 Million NTD to 1.2 Billion NTD for a gain of over 60%. In US dollars, given the current exchange rate, the company is on pace to generate $40 Million USD. In May 2010, we noted that Vivotek revenue started to rebound from poor performance in 2009.

Over the past year, Vivotek's new product development has been aggressive. The company now has a dozen megapixel cameras with a large number of new cameras to be released in Q4 2010 / Q1 2011.

While Vivotek's growth is strong, this is consistent with other IP/MP manufacturers with surging growth rates: Axis 30%, Mobotix 30%, Avigilon even higher, etc.
