Vivint Salesman Arrested as Fugitive From Felony Gun Charges
An "aggressive" Vivint salesman canvassing a Florida neighborhood was arrested on a Texas felony warrant on August 9, in a case that raises questions about the responsibilities of companies to check the backgrounds of employees who interreact with the public.
In this report, IPVM examines the Palm Coast, FL, arrest of Khristopher Kiwanuka and what, if anything, a background check could have done to prevent this situation.
