Interestingly, Vivint is being acquired along with alarm equipment provider, and Vivint Supplier, 2GIG. 2GIG projects over [link no longer available] $130 Million 2012 revenue. Vivint reports 2011 revenue over $350 Million.

Regardless, the skyrocketing growth of the company is interesting. What now remains to be seen is whether they can fulfill their promise or crash and burn.
