I don't know if you know this, but it is free for Schools. They decided this after Stoneman Douglas shooting.

Status of Free Face Recognition for US and Canadian Schools

SAFR said they "remain committed to their free for schools program", reporting that while over 700 schools have contacted them, only 20 schools are actively using their system.

One significant limitation to the offering is that it is only free for individual schools, not for complete school districts. That means if a small rural 2 school district uses the system, they pay a fee. As would larger urban districts with hundreds of schools. However, if an individual high-tuition private parochial or charter school uses the system, it is free.
