Panasonic iPro Asks For Huawei Chips To Be Exempt From FCC Ban

Panasonic's multi-year effort to support ongoing Huawei Hisilicon chip usage continues, with the company's attorneys asking the US government for them to be exempt from the FCC ban.

In 2018, right after the NDAA ban was passed, Panasonic Lied About Not Using Huawei. In 2020, Panasonic Hid its Huawei usage. Now, in 2021, Huawei is petionining the US government as the FCC works on its own ban plan.
