OV vs Bosch, Sony, Samsung District Court Case Stayed

With the US International Trade Commission commencing an investigation into potential violations of Object Video's patents, the lawsuit in US District Court against Bosch, Samsung and Sony is now being stayed.
On August 11, 2011, the Eastern District of Virginia Eastern Court ordered a stay, putting the case on hold in the US courts system. This follows, an August 5th filing where the 3 defendants submitted a brief in support of staying this case.
Now, the action shifts to the US International Trade Commission (USIC). The stay in District Court will likely remain until the USITC determination becomes final, including appeals. This could be 1 year or longer.
