Johnson Controls (JCI) is the next big player to get into the 'fever camera' market. IPVM has confirmed the company is partnering with TVT who has also recently entered this market.
Inside this note, based on feedback from JCI, we examine:
you gotta give JCI credit for the balls of taking a ban that just barely doesn't apply to their product, and turning it into something that looks like an endorsement from the Pentagon!
Partnering with China to save a buck? Come on JCI, I thought you'd be better than that. If you've learned anything in the last 4 months it should be it's time to cut our ties with China and the CCP. Who's making these decisions and why do they still have a job?
TVT salespeople are wasting no time using this article to promote TVT:
We, of course, have strict rules on promotion but, in this case, they are simply reposting without any material comment on our post, which we do not believe we can or should stop.
On the other hand, typically companies like JCI do not like (or often even allow) their partners to market them like this.
