Intransa Raises $6.3 Million

Author: John Honovich, Published on Sep 07, 2010

An August 2010 SEC document discloses that surveillance storage manufacturer Intransa has raised $6.3 Million. A total of 13 investors for this offering was cited.

In an email, Intransa commented that Intransa has "had multiple quarters of continuous, accelerating growth since entering the physical security market and remain on plan and on target."

Intransa has raised well over $50 Million in total VC funding with the previous investment in June 2010.

Closest competitor, Pivot3, has also raised a substantial amount of funding. Pivot3's most recent fund raising was $25 Million in March 2010.
