Update November 2020: Hanwha has now licensed H.265 from HEVC Advance.
IPVM has confirmed that Hikvision does not have H.265 licenses from HEVC Advance, despite selling H.265 products for 4 years. Hanwha was unlicensed until November 2020, but is now licensed.
