Which link is it to get the PDF?

Carla, this PDF is only available for group members, not personal.

Shouldn't all paying members entitled to get it for no charge?

No. That has never been the terms of our licensing / membership.

Personal members get all access online, including every post in that Guide. Group members get that plus downloads of PDFs, such as the Guide.
