For North American dealers I am not sure how the adoption of a proprietary access control solution from the Southern Hemisphere makes any sense when there are so many North American products that address all market segments quite well.......... just sayin'.

I like the optional cloud and on-premise availability. But I would like more information on how the onsite controllers communicate then with the cloud. Do they initiate connections from the site to the cloud service, precluding the need to setup port forwarding and have static IP addresses? Or do port-forwarding rules have to be created at the site so the cloud (or off premise) database server to reach the controllers?
This has been often overlooked by EACS companies when trying to go "cloud" hosted, as needing to do port forwarding at the remote site makes it more difficult and costly for the smaller sites, and can be a non-starter for IT departments in larger companies.
