Evolv Loses, Then Gains, DHS Safety Designation
Just over a month after Evolv lost its DT&E Designation, today Evolv announced it received a Safety Act Designation.
Losing the designation more than a month ago exposed customers to liability in the event of a terrorist attack. This is a positive sign for Evolv, which slashed its revenue outlook by more than 40% earlier this month.
