Company/Product Overview Webinar

By: John Honovich, Published on Jan 17, 2010

Wide angle lens manufacturer, Theia, has released a company/product overview webinar [link no longer available] that can be downloaded without registering.

While it is a standard sales/marketing pitch, what we like is that it is easy to access and can be downloaded for viewing at one's convenience. Most vendors require lengthy registration forms and then only allowing viewing on-line. We think this significantly inconveniences readers and dramatically reduces the number of people who will read/watch the material.

Compare Theia's webinar to our Theia test results. Note: we believe the webinar's sample images are not representative of the actual image quality achieved with their lenses (which is notably more distorted and with less visible detail than shown in the webinar).
