Code Blue is a US-based manufacturer of emergency call stations, call boxes, and incident management software. Over time, the company has shifted from building metal enclosures to providing turn-key products for emergency communicates or visitor management. I believe Viking may also offer competing products.

Stentofon also has intercom systems and emergency call boxes.

There are a number of online articles of universities and other campuses removing these poles as they are not providing the return on investment they expected along with receiving a very low number of actual emergency calls. Others point to the fact that the population overwhelmingly has cell phones making this product obsolete.

I think that is why they (and other companies like them) are moving more into the software side and expanding their product line to other things.
