Code Blue is a US-based manufacturer of emergency call stations, call boxes, and incident management software. Over time, the company has shifted from building metal enclosures to providing turn-key products for emergency communicates or visitor management. IPVM spoke with executives of the company to understand their product portfolio, go to market strategy, and pricing, which we detail in this report.

Stentofon also has intercom systems and emergency call boxes.

There are a number of online articles of universities and other campuses removing these poles as they are not providing the return on investment they expected along with receiving a very low number of actual emergency calls. Others point to the fact that the population overwhelmingly has cell phones making this product obsolete.

I think that is why they (and other companies like them) are moving more into the software side and expanding their product line to other things.
