Axis Adds LPR - License Plate Verifier Examined

Axis is finally releasing their own License Plate Recognition software application called License Place Verifier, but it has some significant limitations.

LPR software running onboard Axis cameras is not new, but previously required a 3rd-party ACAP application, such as one IPVM tested from ipConfigure.
