Genetec has announced that its products have been added to the US Government's General Services Administration (GSA) program [link no longer available]. Inclusion in this program makes it easier for government to purchase products without having to go through a time consuming bidding process. In exchange, the US government requires that it receives the best prices available and that the pricing be publicly disclosed.

At the GSA Schedule website, a search for Genetec's GSA schedule #:GS-35F-0284U returns 86 matches including pricing for Genetec's numerous licensing options for camera licenses, archivers, failover, virtual matrix, remote viewing client, macros, mapping, etc. Note: these prices are likely to be significantly less than list as the GSA requires proof that the US government is the 'most favored customer'.
