Two June 2010 SEC filings disclose funding and financial results for Acuity, a VMS company providing integrated video analytics and biometrics.
- A June 10, 2010 SEC form discloses a $4.7 Million USD round of funding. 32 investors participated in the round for an average of approximately $150,000 each.
- A June 14, 2010 SEC form discloses a $911,000 USD round of funding. 6 investors participated in this round.
Both forms disclose revenue of less than $1,000,000 USD. Date of incorporation is 2008.
On Acuity's website, it list a broad variety of video analytics, facial recognition and iris recognition.
