Security robots have gained increasing attention and controversy, with the run over child and Knightscope's ongoing claims to reduce crime.

Now, the first security robot company is back with a new CEO from mega guard supplier G4S and a focus on deploying robots in more targeted applications.

Overall, this marketing strategy seems more accurate than competitor offerings:

"Gamma2 says 10-12 hours of runtime after a 4-5 hour charge time is typical, but may vary based on actual environment"

No mention of ridiculously short charging time frames for 8 hours of use.

"base price of $59,000 MSRP"

Pricing seems more reasonable.

"Ramsee will be sold through qualified security integrators"

It appears they are targeting selling through integrators rather than guard companies. I see more promise in this product based solely upon their business model than Knightscope. Knightscope will be brought in with Universal/Allied and Ramsee will be what an integrator bids to compete.
