Does this mean that the Honeywell HDCVI (HQA) cameras are generally compatible with other MFG (i.e. HIK/LTS) TVI/CVI AHD DVR's or is Honeywell HQA technology proprietary?

Mar 17, 2021It's been 5 years since we did this test so I am reluctant for us to make a claim here.
I don't think it's strictly proprietary but, from our various testing over the years, often some formats will work but others will not, without a clear pattern. Net/net, it's important to test with your own devices.
