ive used their infinias access control, very nice product, however, the company internally is a $h1t show like nuuo...understaffed and you have to do some screaming to get support to answer the phone or call you back. their support people know very little and tell you that you need to call back the next day to speak with someone who knows the product. The phone system first throws you to their main office which is central us, then if no one answers, you get sent to someone on the east coast which I remember being in florida.

I've been working with Vigil pretty much since I started in this industry over 12 years ago, it's a really great system that's intuitive to use and very easy to train end users with.
There are a few weak points, definitely - the 32-channel limit is an annoyance we've been running up against recently, the inability to export more than four playback channels at once is something I've complained about forever, and it took them a long time to catch up on the web/mobile viewing thing (they've got that well on track now), but on the whole... very friendly system, and some nice enterprise features that a couple customers insist they can't do without.
I don't know about support for the access control stuff, but 3xLogic's Vigil support has always been incredible - I have direct access to the top techs and have even dealt directly with the engineers when necessary, and they've gone above and beyond every time.
