Wyzecam V3 RTSP

I recently purchased a WyzeCam v3 with hopes that I could still use the RTSP firmware that was removed from their website : https://support.wyze.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026245231-Wyze-Cam-RTSP

I have the firmware, but following the directions, I am unable to get the camera to read the .bin file from the SD Card. Any suggestions? Thanks!
