With Hiddns Portal Discontinued, Call Hikvision Tech Support To Get Device List

We confirmed with Hikvision technical support, that with HiDDNS portal discontinued, you can call them and have them retrieve / provide you with your device list. Because of the discontinuation, users cannot get it themselves but may need them for service / support to their customers.  They will need your URL / username / password to help you.

I just login to HiDDNS and export list my self

In all seriousness, when we login, and a number of us have, it shows the notice and there is no option to get anywhere else.

Interesting to notice that one of my HIK OEM

trying to solve that situation

new firmware going to have "custom" for DDNS

and they are going to pay for it
