Wireless Professional Outdoor CCTV System - Tried & Tested ...Anyone?

We have to secure the perimeter of a farmhouse/chalet. Approximately 7 bullet cameras are supposed to be installed on perimeter wall. These cameras must be IP67 rated,up to 5MP resolution. Running cables along/above the wall is a challenge as total perimeter is more than 2km with uneven wall. The farthest camera is approximately 1.7km away from the security room & the nearest camera is approximately 300m away. The other cameras are away in range of 700m-1.5 km.

These cameras need to be displayed & recorded at the security room inside the building (at edge as well). Again we cant pull the cable as there is a lot of digging & ploughing happening around. Your response is tremendously appreciated.

They also have an old indoor analog system (700 TVL) which is connected through a multiplexer for display only. We can use the existing cables to upgrade the system to 2MP analog HD. However, the Multiplexer output is connected to an old TV through a BNC (probably 1RCA?). Can we use a Mini 1RCA/CVBS to HDMI converter & replace TV with HD screen in order to produce better resolution? Will it work?
