Does anyone know of a wireless motion detector transmitter and receiver that would connect to the external alarm input on a DVR. Battery powered on the transmitter side would be a big help also.

Is this for outdoors? If so, I've used these in the past with good results.

Dakota Alert DCMA-2500 Driveway Motion. Transmitter runs on a 9V battery, receiver runs on 12v.  Relay outputs, including time delay relays.  They work pretty well and are very cheap.   (under $150 on amazon)

I'm deploying one right now to  monitor the area on the  back side of my parking garage where homeless like to hang out. It's all concrete so I can't get a hard line wire out there, but I have an S2 node inside the building. I"m going to tie the relay out of the receiver into one of the inputs on the node, on a time schedule so I'll get an alert if it goes off after hours.
