Not to be confused with that 'other' regulatory body for cable competitions, namely The Cabling Icon, BICSI also runs a sanctioned cabling event, Feb. 23-25, with an even greater prize, $5000!
Unlike the iconoclastic competition though, this one requires one to be BICSI certified to compete. To keep out the 'slammers and such. Not sure if only 568A is accepted.
There is one exception to the certification, every year Cabling Icon sends their winner to BSCSI all expenses paid... Too late for this year though.
Maybe IPVM could field a squad with Brian/Ethan as team captains? :)
