Why ADT Not Report “Customer Unit Attrition”?

ADT share value has taken big drop, so they add more shares to the incentive plan?  Do I interpret it correctly… increase the reward for ADT management and directors, for destroying market value.  Does that suggest that management expects the share value to continue at current low value, or continue dropping?  Maybe communicate with investors the “customer unit attrition” aka future revenue, that could be spooking management.
