We (IPVM) get fairly regular 'partner' requests from people around the world who want to publish non-English language security sites. These requests have come from Europe, the Middle East, Asia, South America, etc.
I never know what to do with them so I am throwing it out here to see who has suggestions.
Often, they volunteer to translate our reports.
What is not clear to me is what is the business model for them or us? I have never pursued any since my gut feel is that it's too small and distracting to bother but curious if anyone has any ideas here.
