I am just taking an informal poll to see where everyone is. I still tend to favor the Cisco small business line simply because most of our customers use Cisco gear and it just makes for less hassle in the design and approval process. Sometimes they insist on Catalyst switches, but I do not bring those up unless I have to.
For non-Cisco customers I really like the Netgear M4100 series. It is affordable and has a healthy power budget, plus the 24 port version has 4 SFP slots which gives me choices in buildings where I need multiple switches. Here is a link for those who are not familiar with it: https://www.netgear.com/business/products/switches/managed/M4100-24G-POE-plus.aspx
