What Is A Typical Compensation Package For A Manufacturer Outside Sales Rep?
I'm trying to better understand what is the typical salary and compensation structure for a manufacturer outside sales rep (sometimes called a regional sales manager or territory sales manager) .
Anybody have ranges for entry level, mid career, and experienced professional? I want to make sure I enter into any negotiations with realistic figures and expectations in mind. Assume US coastal city cost of living.
Thanks!
