What Fee Do You Charge Per Hour Per Tech? Is It Different If Its For Troubleshooting Or New Wiring?

Most of the time we charge a fixed fee per run/camera/job. Sometimes we charge an hourly fee (by troubleshooting and some new wiring). What fee do you charge per hour per tech? Is it different if it is for troubleshooting or new wiring?

We are in Southern California (LA) Trip Charge $65, Tech: $50-$65, IT $75-$100. Government work is a lot higher.
