What Can Anyone Tell Me About Www.Gwsecurityusa.Com?

I don't see them mentioned on this site at all. They offer a low cost high resolution camera system that one of our researchers was planning on using for a research grant. Of course they are not Sec. 889 compliant which they freely admitted. However I would like some additional info on the company like who is their OEM mfr (HikVision?).

I can't find anything that is NDAAsec889 compliant that matches the feature set required here (at ANY cost, let alone under the price threshold required).
