Jan 26, 2013Knowledge of current surveillance needs/trends, industry best practices. Instead of just being a sales guy.
During of course of time we have met several integrators who have absolutely no domain knowledge of surveillance, basics of how a camera works but still manage to get the contracts. The very same clients down the road come to us for help (who initially rejected our proposal, probably because of pricing). The number one complain being "they are not happy with what they see - they were promised this, they got that (after sales)..."

Ain't that the truth! Scary but all too common.
